Shipping and Order Policies

Order Cancellation & Changes

Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after 24 hours of placement. If you notice an error with your order (such as an incorrect shipping address or size), please contact our support team within this timeframe. After 24 hours, changes cannot be guaranteed.
If you would like to return your order after it arrives, please reach out to our support team to initiate a return and refund process.

Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Tiarva is not liable for orders placed with an incorrect shipping address if more than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed. In such cases, refunds cannot be issued.

Similarly, any selections made at checkout—including (but not limited to) product type, variant, size, or color—are considered final after the 8-hour change window, and we are unable to provide refunds for errors made during checkout. Please ensure all order details are accurate before completing your purchase.

If an error occurs on our part, we will take full responsibility and promptly resend your order at no additional cost.

Lost/Missing Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Tiarva is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that show as delivered by the carrier. In such cases, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

If your tracking information shows no updates for an extended period, please contact us at tiarvasupport@gmail.com, and we will assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier.

If the loss or delay is due to an error on our part, we will take full responsibility and ensure that a replacement order is sent to you at no additional cost.

Customs & Duties

Tiarva is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred once your order has shipped. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that your package may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Below are our estimated delivery windows (excluding 2–3 business days for order processing):

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Central & South America: 15–25 business days

  • Asia: 7–15 business days

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. In some cases, particularly with free shipping, tracking may not be available.

Tracking Status: “No Information Available”

For certain shipping carriers, tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update. If more than 5 business days have passed since your order was placed and there is still no tracking update, please contact our support team for assistance.
