Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final Beyond 24 Hours Post-Purchase.

At Tiarva, we do not accept returns or modifications beyond 24 hours after purchase. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain the integrity of our products and ensure that every item delivered is brand new and in its original condition.

Within the initial 24-hour window, refund requests are subject to internal review and may be approved at our discretion. Please note that in the event a refund is issued, it will cover the purchase price of the product only. All fees associated with shipping or shipping protection are non-refundable, as these services are allocated immediately upon the commencement of the fulfillment process.

Chargebacks/Disputes

Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible. We are on your team, providing immediate response, and we will do everything in our power to help you out and provide the best resolution.
Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback CAN BE HELD CRIMINALLY LIABLE FOR THEFT. If you have not received a product or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us at tiarvasupport@gmail.com and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together.

Eligibility for Returns

Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Tiarva is not liable for orders placed with an incorrect shipping address if more than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed. In such cases, refunds cannot be issued.

Similarly, any selections made at checkout, including (but not limited to) product type, variant, size, or color, are considered final after the 24-hour change window, and we are unable to provide refunds for errors made during checkout. Please ensure all order details are accurate before completing your purchase.

If an error occurs on our part, we will take full responsibility and promptly resend your order at no additional cost.
